Oneself

Jamie Tierney 1991 (Cardiff)

Upon the route of my true essence,
within me, the spirit of my ancestors, inherence.
Intensity of positive feelings, drawing in heaps of abundance.
Seek and study the inner shadow, rejuvenate.
Separating oneself, to accommodate,
this desire is unique for me, nobody can manipulate.

Reality of fluctuating energies that arise,
reaching source consciousness with cerebral exercise.
Expressions of love to all, with heart that romanticise.
Art of selflove at the forefront,
nothing is random with everything connected, love is symbiont.
Align and balance my higher-self, its effect, potent.

I choose to activate my soul’s frequency,
must expand my mind further and aim for radiancy.
Shall never allow limitations of current state and concede to ascendancy.
Rewiring my brain to encourage gratitude,
watching the thinker to self-realisation to sanctitude.
This is my conclude.
