Hold on

Hold on..

When you find yourself spiralling down and down some more,
The speeds that you are falling at toward that broken floor,
You need to trust those around you, you really must reach out,
We can help remind you of the positives rather than your doubt,
Your friends are here to support you and know that life's not fair,
We will not abandon you we cannot leave you there,
You are not an inconvenience but we actually do care,
We are here for everyone who's problems feel too much to bear,
For as long as you may need us we will hold you strong,
Until such time your back again and singing your own song.

Louise Cruickshank

About this poem

This is about supporting those around me that need someone to just hear them. I dont only hear you, I see you and I understand you too.
