Respect means to not talk down about yourself or to anyone else. Being respectful to peoples wants and needs. Respect is
R- reality
E- encouragement
S- selfless
P- provide encouraging words to others
E- except people as who they are
C- change is hard but can be very rewarding in the end
T- time with others with non judgement
Everyone deserves respect and should demand it. Because respecting others is the way to get along in life
