Red Roses

I wonder  how it  will fell  as
The  cold  metal of the gun
Meets my skull  painting
The white walls  red  as
Mother's garden  of red roses

Will she hate  the site  of red roses
After finding  me lifeless or will she
Create  a garden  that  would
Remind  her  of me in my room
Will  it hurt  like the throns of  the roses
Will it be beautiful  as her garden in the summer

Will  l die  alone  in my room
Thinking  of her  garden  of roses
Will l smile  as she  breaks  the door
To only  kneel  besides  me because
I wouldn't  want  to die alone

Will  l feel  warm  as she  holds  me in her
Arms  praying  for my soul  to stay  a little  longer
Will l ever  be able  to  sleep  after  l have
Slept  in my mothers  arms  with
Her  tears  washing  away  the  red
Paint  on my face

Will  she  love  the colour  that  would
Stain her hands  as she  holds  on
To her little girl or will she  burn
Everything  that  is red  as her  roses
