'cause static is boring, and only reels are trending
'cause honestly, I'm a very visual person
'cause what even do you see in that bland pic?

Omit videos and reels 'cause the world is bigger than that
'cause videos are the past, and only long form is captivating
'cuz tbh, i h8 short stuff

About this poem

A poem I wrote late at night after scrolling on Instagram for hours and realising "this app was made to post pictures and now the ratio of pictures to videos is drastically leaning more towards videos. People will just move on from good stuff coz influencers worshipping the algorithm lull people into thinking that stuff isn't cool anymore". So yeah and then everything else fell into place
