Let Not The Frenzy Overwhelm!

Pamela Tennant 1960 (Littleton, Colorado)

In all ways pave the path of life to peace
For that is the will of our righteous Lord
Do it not, seek it not for great reward
Do it for the ideal of its increase!
For all hate, anger and war to decrease
Giving not into terror of the sword
But to Heaven where all God's love is stored
Who gives us the victory in release!

We who live for a life of sweetest Truth
Treating all with kind compassion sweetly
As family does in precocious youth;
But to turn away from those who vex you
Leave those sad aggressive ones to our Lord
Let His calm Spirit be what affects you!

Hello! My friends call me Pami, please do call me that. I am a truth-seeker, love keeper, soul dancing sextagenerian living on the edge. I am married, parent to one narcissitic but demanding furpurr and a humble poet. Words are my lifeline. The written word which is so confusing these days are the lyrics in the melody of life to which I dance. I hope to have many partners. Love on Love loud and proud, Love Strong! more…
