Juvenile Air

Juvenile air,
Dooming affair!
Of steaming gossips and corridor crushes,
Weaker and weedy as the adrenaline rushes..
Of Black and Pink, of rhythmless sync that are gonna rhyme along with the "Juvenile air".

Drugged and high,
In anguish I sigh,
The flattery of words is superficial,
Natheless so lovely!
"Dye me blue" I shriek !
Since shipping band is just a gimmick!
Oh goodness, "Goodness" you are a mirage,
The absorbed self that you sabotage!
All that in war and love is not fair,
Until its the "Juvenile air".

In the end you me, me you
Part of this repetitive queue!
We strive for excuses and hope,
Cause baby, we are young dumb and broke!

About this poem

Poem that denotes the significance of the teenage era of a human life, depicting the ups and downs and harsh reality of the world where most beings camouflage themselves with a fake mask, where promises are meant to be broken where shipping band is just a gimmick, as in gifting friendship bands is just to perform a trend with no concern of keeping the oath of friendship…. “Dye me blue” in the poem is basically paint me blue since I have associated blue with the mood of melancholy !
