blissful universe
My mind felt too heavy
so i looked up at the sky.
I saw stars in the cloudy sky,
In hope they won’t deceive me
like the people in my life.
But it reminded me,
we’re nothing compared
to even the size of the luminous moon
let alone the stars,
and then there’s the universe
Which really fits it all!
That gave me a moment of bliss
Even it was for mere minutes.
About this poem
this poem is about a day when i was very worried and in tension about many things in my life. i looked up at the night sky and then saw the stars twinkling in the sky and it reminded me of how small i was compared to the vast universe and gave me a bit of peace for a second, to be grateful about life.
