Free verse
In a world full of darkness
I become your midnight sun.
I’ll wrap ‘round you in warmth and
light.
I promise to keep you safe, by my side.
Even in the dark of the night,
I’ll be the one
who stays with you through
the thick, through the thin,
your loving guide.
