Showing To Care More After

Many will rush to show a caring more,
After, during and often in the midst...
Of warnings gone to go ignored.
No matter how severe danger approaches.
With impending threats to come.

Most want to be convinced.
Then attempt to run away from the evidence.
And what increases to appear,
A paying attention to give it lost...
Before and not after,
Facts to hear them become too clear to avoid.

This has to be a human reaction.
A reaction by the ones,
Needing a pinch on their butts done.
Especially in places,
Where people are entitled...
To be horrified and shocked on their terms.

You know...
Priorities diminish.
When nonsense becomes a sacred activity.

And top on that list dared not to interfere?
A whispering to gossip about others.
With a pledging not to share,
What drools to hear from another's lips.
Who dresses to impress.
And what they've got while out shopping.
To address pretensions made.

That's it.
Anything else?
For those showing a caring less after the facts,
Is a distraction.
And an afterthought.
To be considered by many an inconvenience!

Welcome one and all to the World,
Of free speech.
With entitlements given as a birthright.
To do as one pleases where, when and how.
Without to be asked the reason why!
That question offends to find appalling.
