You Are Makayla

You're the OXYGEN that a Starving Plant needs to survive,

You're the SIGHT that a once unimpaired man lost a long time ago,

You're the MOTIVATION one man needs to conquer everything around him.

You're the gravity that could ground & sustain my EVERYTHING.

You're the ONLY STAR in the blackness of the night sky that a LOST SOUL wants to reach before it's too late.

You are MAKAYLA & I'm here & if you see it, I WANT to be YOUr EVERYTHING.

About this poem

This poem is about a girl I recently met. She is one of the most unique women I've ever met and she is out of reach. We are both involved with other people.
