ODE TO OMOBEWAJI ADEMOLA DASYLVA

Rising like the sons of the morning stars
Orator that spins words like the spiders
                         The morphosyntactic laureate
                                    Of African universe
Bitter leaf is the king of
                                All leaves in the forest
You are a king of words
In the theatre of the poets
Omobewaji Ademola Dalysva, a short man
That commands a tall man to halt
Odamalugbe, the talking drum of the wise
And a giant in the world
                                       Of the intellectuals.
