elizabeth
i wanted it to be love
so i said tis was to be
for she was as beauty as a devil
and as kind as an angel
love is what i had for her and her alone
i wished to be lovers but the heavens have betrade me
for her hair was as pink as a peach
and her voice as kind as a angel
and as for her beauty was as blinding as the sun
for even the meanest glare from her was a blessing to me
her judgey eyes were as blue as my tears
when they looked at you they looked at thys soul
im still inlove with thy even if it wasnt meant to be
for not all soulmates get to be
so for now ill be looking from afar
watching you my love until its right
