Shadow

One step ahead of me
A little bit shorter than me
Too much bigger than me
But well shaped just like me

Energetic as i am
Hyperactive as i am
Too jumpy as i am
Making every moment i make

But you don't talk like me
I mean shout as i do
And sing like i do
Our voices may be the same

You are so dark
Two dimensional
I wonder why you ain't
Just like myself

You're only visible outside
Or under the sunlight
Even under the moonlight
That's so sad

When i was younger you
scared me, always following me
But you meant no harm
Even didn't bite

You're just a friendly type
That can't be felt
Let alone be heard
Just can be seen

Not to judge you though
But you're konda weird
And a little bit ghosty
As i believe

It's you at night
Under the lights
Copying my moves
But it's fun though

When winter comes,or the
darkness hit,you be so scarce
But you are my shadow
Always with me

About this poem

It's about a curious little girl who had wonders and questions for her shadow, but yet enjoyed having it though
