Listen to your heart

Teardrops stream from my eyes
I watch as your became a corpse
Is this an Illusion, unable to be real
I am not a juvenile but still need you

I wander in a empty shell, no longer myself
I listen to my heart
Aware you are better off
Everything previously will be no more

Escaping your name like the plague
Tears will not come, I am now numb
Suppressing all feels so I don’t feel you
Wishing I had more time before you went away

A headstone is all I see, but I don’t sense you there
Am I heartless for not visiting where you lay
Unconditional love has ended, and never can be replaced
I roam this world alone searching for a glimpse of a mother's love.
