Echoes of sound mind
If sadness diminishes my joy
If I stand on garden hose
I block the free flow of water
So I let go what will steal my joy
The echoes of sound mind
If l hold onto feeling of resentment, fear and unworthiness
I bock the flow of harmony and peace
I am a conduit through which the peace of God should flow
As peace echoes through my mind
The echoes of sound mind.
About this poem
I wrote this poem because I was inspired to write a poem that encourage and elevate some one on a depressed and emotionally downcast.
