Cheer up!

do you sometimes feel that god  is far away
that your prayers hit  the ceiling
and your calls fall on deaf ears
the cheer up there is good news
cheer up said jesus
i will never leave your nor forsake you
and listen to your call
and answer your plea
cheer up said jesus
i will take your fears away
my light will lit up your darkness
and joy will fill your soul
cheer up said jesus

About this poem

Many people goes through this world feeling down-trodden, disillusioned and depressed. With this I want to encourage them not to give up, that they can smile and live with new vigor in their step.
