Affection with tree

DareIf 2007

The moment I felt the leaf shower
I sensed the calming scent of flower
Sliding from the leaf was that little water drop
Scattered on my palm with a sound of pop
I heard the breezing hustling wind
I dont think my day was ruined!

I opened my eyes and I was awake
that moment the reflection glanced from the lake
Then from the tree fell that apple a thing
a little bird flew flapping its wing
I felt energetic and stressfree
When I turned around I saw it was a tree!

Later that month I heard a bad news
The tree was suffering with pain and bruise
Several logs were cut for people to use
before my eyes, they were loaded in the cruise
I was out in tears with an uncertain cry
I wanted to say my friend a last goodbye!

That momemt I wished I was graved,
I wonder why the trees aren't saved.
