a secret always kept

A Secret always kept

A Secret wanders
The roads of yellow bricks
Wanders and ponders
About the wonders of life and memories
A Secret flies
Clouds of thunder and lightning
A soft heart easily melted
Lightning strikes
It doesn’t fall
I wonder why
Strong as steel yet glows within
Life and roots within it
Pain and happiness it carries
Both light and darkness
A Secret so beautiful
Lives inside the soul I do not understand
It lingers in me
It is my wonder and darkness
Yet beauty of the soul that I may understand
A Secret always kept
May be me
I shall always be and never be
A Secret always kept

I sing the secret of truth
A song of wonder
A song of darkness
A song of truth in wonder
I sing the secret of me
Hidden memories it may be
Empty corridors and blank boards
A memory of a secret song
And the ravens call of tune
The wolf wanders to the compass
I sing the secret of moments
Glorious and beautiful
Shameful and boring
Worth not my time
Passed away without thought
Haunted still
It will pass
I sing the secret always kept
Finally, maybe
Into the world in crypt
Into the world of darkness
It may be and never be
A Secret always kept

A Secret of shame buried
Deep down below
Beneath the corpse of pure souls
It’ll see pure darkness one day
A Secret of happiness buried
Next to the world of roots
Whispering stories, it holds
The tree holds the secret buried
A Secret of sadness buried
In the backyard of improbable return
Charcoal smell and chatter
Will I see light again
It wonders
Screams dimmed into whimpers
A Secret always kept, buried
Into the depts of darkness
Light only shines
The brightness darkness it is
It may be and never be
A Secret always kept

A Secret of my heart I hold
The vulnerability of me
The bullet to my destruction
The beauty of me
The darkness in me
A Secret of my soul I hold
The roots of the greatest tree
Beneath every layer of human creation
It reflects the light I hide
The mirror inside me shows
The shadow of my identity
A Secret always kept I hold
A book infinite words
Never ending memories
It will always be and never be
A Secret always kept

A Secret of fear I free
Into the world of light
Over forest tunes and mountain hymns
Flies into the clouds of white puff
Blazing light
No longer afraid I hope
A Secret of pride I free
Into the universe of freedom
Over Saturn’s rings and Venus’s beauty
Marbles of wonder
I see
In solitude and wonder I am free
A Secret of uniqueness I free
Talks on the world and
The mystery of the universe
Fate and origin
Memories and moments
I am alone with you
A Secret always kept I free
Into the world mystery
It may find its way
Back to me one day
Freedom, may it find in
This world of darkness and light
Now that it is
A secret that’ll always be and never be
A Secret always free.
