feels like the time is frozen
even though it is ticking faster than ever
the deadline is near
but i pretend i am still playing on the playground and i could still taste the air
i ignore the fact those shoes don't fit me any longer
i am a time bomb
that is set to explode on 14th September
i am at a never-ending sleepover
then i hear my mom calling down the stairs
"young lady pack your bags , don't make me come up there"
i act like the 5 minutes we have are forever
then i spend it by just facing my back to the door
just to see if i could make the reality dissappear
