October First

I wore innocence as a brocade
Wee moments of the morning it was
Weaved my world with tender petals
In come the rustling, then the whistling in my ears
Being friends, was our pact
Succumbed to your tours
A little touch, a knot less tickle
Took my innocence, with my eyes, unclosed
It's aftermath tore my phantoms
My phantoms which has always brew raw, cascading stars
Traded my gold with nut-tin
To cloth your greedy feats
You, yes, you, stripped me of my brocade
Your island, it shrinks my wits
My fantasy, my dream, my hopes
All fizzled out
Today is my day
And I am taking no pay
I am free, freed from your feeds
Today is my day
And I am crushing your greed
Because?
My gold is reaching it's peak
