Lost Hope

Proven by any given chance,
not just a feeling,
I'll see the end to every circumstance.

Hearing this same old song,
unreal as it may sound,
Just once I wish to be wrong.

Guided from the rules of which game to play,
their souls are lost,
As far from reality as they can stay.

I can see down this path oh so clear,
losing my turn for happiness,
Just like I always will fear.

Edward J Rogers Valencia

I've been described as too loyal, too honest and true for today's society to accept. I believe in dedication and devotion in everything I do. I love to read and write and there's nothing greater than the willingness to learn. Therefore, I have found life to be a very lonely place. However that place is proven to be safe time and again, and that makes it ok. more…
