Born to say

Ritika 2007 (Hisar Haryana)

Sick of people every day,
Character is judged by clothes these days. They tell you to be a certain way,
But girl...listen!
You weren't born to be a slave.
For girls there are so many conditions, Child marriages are somewhere like traditions.
Just cause you're a girl, you've to kill all your ambitions,
You can't question them just follow superstitions.
You should loose some weight, you look overwheighted,
You're too skinny, you look emaciated. Judging other people is one of their hobbies,
Proving themselves right, their own fake stories.
No, you don't need to care about what they say,
Just follow your heart, you'll find your way. They'll pull you down but you know what to say,
Let's walk this path together
We were born to stay!
