I SHALL SURVIVE

When I struggle to make ends meet,
I will surely strive to secure a perfect seat,
And will continue striking even when I miss my hit,
I will survive this turbulent drift.

Even when the sun seems to run out of light,
And the moon rejects to take her place at night,
Making the troubled stars move out of sight,
I will survive my fight like a valiant knight.

My soul anxiously leaps out from its frigid place,
Displacing my hope and strength to win the race,
Rendering me a candidate of pain and disgrace,
I will survive by His Grace and brighten my face.

I will survive my challenges come what may,
I will survive my personal trials be it night or day,
I will survive life's rigorous process all through my stay.
I will definitely survive!!!
