You are magnanimous, intelligent, spiritual, and kind
Complete with a beauty so rare you puzzle my mind
Divine soul recognition that I do not understand
Like we've known each other before there was an Earthen land
You came into my life when I had planned to stay alone
And shook me to the core because you felt like my home
You caused a great awakening deep within my soul
And patched and truly healed my deepest inner hole
At first I did resist and deny what deep down I knew was true
We have an eternal soul connection and the dreams I've had were you
For too many years I'd dream and see your gorgeous face
Long before I had ever seen you in this time and space
Now I feel so much for you that I'm confused and terrified
Despite this fact I will proceed and promise not to hide
My heart is all splayed out for you to do with as you choose
The love is in your hands to foster or to lose
