Unbridled

Someday I'd let it all out

I'd cry until I'm kneeling on the floor

I'd laugh like a maniac till my throat is sore

I'd dress myself pretty and pose in front of camera without feeling ashamed

I'd tear all the books that made me feel unintelligent

And curse the gods who abandoned me

I'd paint a picture on the wall with my blood

And dance to the beat of my heart

I'd light my room on fire and watch it all burn

Stare at the mirror

And sing at last,

Look, I'm alive

I'm alive

I'm alive

About this poem

It describes how a merge of emotions suppressed for years finally when finally let out creates both beauty and destruction, doing irrational acts to keep the control, you were deprived of.
