Sole Wanderer

Saurav 2002 (Gurugram)

Behold him, lone and despair
Sitting in the shades of stay
And again the Metro passes by,
But he seems to wait.

Alone he drives profound in his thoughts
Is it the past, To he bounds
Or the Swift time he confounds.

Long lost and weary as he looks
Does he know where to go?
Feels like an endless shore.
Alas! The Emptiness he bores,
Could it be much more worse.

Has the Subway ever been so still?
Might be he who makes it tranquil
Plainly to soul, he gets to recall
So shall he leaps to the moment
That was the happiest of all.
