Yuhi din beet jate hai
Yuhi ratein dhal jati hai
Tere intezaar me
Sab se mulaqatein tal jati hai.
Waqt to aise hi badnaam hai
Badal to muhabbat jati hai
Are muhabbat to thi nahi
Ek khawofnaak khawaab tha
Iske tootne k tasawwur me reh jati hai
Tere milne par nikhar jaonga
Tujhe khone se bikhar jaonga
Aise hi baton be sadiya beet jati hai
Tere didar pr muskuraonga
Tujhe hasil _e_ zindagi banaonga
Hum milkar raste banainge
Ek nayi duniya basainge
Ye bas batein ban kar reh gai
Tujhe pane ki khwish aab hasrat bankr reh gai.
Tujhe chahna meri chahat thi
Teri chahat se dar guzar hokr rehgai
Tujhse mulaqat bhi aab namumkin si lagti hai
Jhoote wade kiya the to ye bhi bata deta
Tu kuch pal ka humsafar hai zindagi k safar me
Tere bina jeena padhenga ye bhi sikhadeta
Umr bhar ka wada kiya tha
Tu to kuch lamhe bhi na rehska
Sath tha ye jhoota ye bhi bata deta
Tere chahat ki chah me yuhi sawar jati hai
Tujhe khone k dar se sehem jati hai
Yuhi din beet jate hai
Yuhi ratein dhal jati hai
