final goodbye

They say actions speak louder than words
Then this is the last time my voice will be heard
people are pushing me and the jump isn't far
but I don't want to leave my children with that emotional scar
I'm tired of being looked at like I've done something wrong
they acted like they cared but that didn't last long
don't think they would notice some won't shed a tear
honestly my family is the only reason I'm still here
when I say family very few do I find
for only 3 people rush to my mind
but when I do go, I'll go out the same way I came
surrounded by questions and only me to blame
even though I've been sober I'll go and get high
so, they can feel justified in my final goodbye
