Cotton candy

Rajat KR 2008 (Palakkad)

Fluffy, sweet, soft
And a plethora of colours.
I am still old,
But not cold!
I am Cotton Candy.
Children don't choose me often,
Rather they go for my sibling, Ice cream.
I am not jealous,
But I feel ridiculous.
I am Cotton Candy.
Old is gold,
To satisfy old people,
I need not be cold!
I am always a treat,
For anyone with a cold.
Chew me, Swallow me I know I taste good!
I am Cotton Candy
