"Why Do You Like Feeding On Me?"

Why do you savour my body?
You have dismembered me in portions,
Giving my head to your first son.
My arms you have given to your
Siblings.
Your friends and colleagues have
Laid claim to my limbs.
My heart and my head to the highest
Bider you have sold them.
Great relish you have found my
Organs and my intestines to be.
My Children are now motherless.
What plan do you now have for
My miserable kids?
What is my first born fate like?
I doubt you will have your way on him.
How about others whom I am so Concerned about?
Grant me this request- do not be so cruel
On them.
However, in their unity, you shall not
Prevail.
My greater concern lies on the traitors
Amidst them
Whom I bade adieu before now.
Though they walk the earth but they
Are doomed.
Outwitted I might appear before
The eyes of mortals,
But my seed is sprouting.
My seed of perseverance is sprouting
With a strange resistance and vigour.
My seed of resilience and resolute
Is sprouting.
It is a seed which no adversity
Can subdue.
It is a great seed of my immortality
Which you have watered with my blood.

About this poem

The government in power fails to accept a documented problem-solving ideas which was put together by the well-meaning and patriotic citizens of the society.
