True Intimacy

I realized, it was the night you weren't there, I wanted you to hold me. Clearly, slowly nestling my head like a child to his nurturing mother unconditional; the warmth forms and folds around me. Feeling the need to lay my head on your chest listening to the rhythm of your heart consoles me. I can feel the care in your embrace; the silky caress of your palm as you run your fingers upon my beard and face.
Strength in your arms: cradling my neck as you pat my back, is this what true intimacy is like: As I let you view in to me see. I think I could get used to that as a matter of fact.
Would you be capable of co-managing what I hide inside. Outside; dressed in branded clothes, cologne, jewels, and high price shoes covering the nakedness of my pride.
When/if, I let you see signs/times of vulnerability, can I open up dump my junk, will you flee from me/ or air me out to the community when you smell horrid old funk, the aroma of the demons chained and pad locked trying to escape from my trunk.  Am I asking to much, is this the life of my being out of touch? Reality!
Yes, I try to make my pain fade away, I realized I would like you to hold me on my jaded days. It ain't about the need to fornicate, on these nights I get high off you. Even being in the presence suppresses the need/want to self medicate . It was that night that you weren't there I realized I want to be held by you: Is this what true intimacy is like: I think I could get used that matter of fact.
