The Unsettling Truth About Death
The thing they always tell you about death is that you should give your thoughts and prayers to the friends and family of the fallen one.
The thing they don't tell you is that feeling that death holds upon you. You may have not even known the person that died and it still haunts you.
Part of you may feel bad for those who knew the individual. Another part of you gets a shiver down your spine knowing that that could be you on your next breath, step, or meal, or you may feel a wave of sadness knowing that the world will never be the same without that life.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that life is precious and you should always value the time your given and take a couple laughs for the road.
When you go out, go out with a bang. -Playboi Carti
