Awakened

Afton Isaacson 1981 (Ferron)

Awakened by a spring song , Birds singing, sing , sing , sing all morning long. Awakened by the blustery wind, blowing, blow , blow, blow Flowing within the air I can still hear the spring song . Awakened by my filled mind, inspiration I long to find , think , think , think wondering if this poem is worth my time.
