My beautiful swan

Pete jones 1968 (Clifton bristol)

Too many people say they're ugly
Yet,just remember
None of us can see our features
We see ourselves daily
We cannot see our eyes shine, sparkle and smile
Our mouths curve as we react to others
Or how our hearts leap at the sounds of the one who smiles our heart
Or even a written hi, hello or good morning from a special person
That makes rainbows appear from nowhere that colours our lives
You are all beautiful in your own sweet, sour personal way
Thinking of her as he walked
He sat on the floor and wrote
"You look in your mirror and see an ugly duckling
Made to believe you aren't 'perfect'
I look and see the most beautiful majestic swan
Your scars you carry though life
Are the resplendent feathers I feel
As I hold the one who makes
Life truly beautiful
You shine through the storm
Colourise my darkness just with your crooked smile
Emerald eyes sparkle my moon always'
Every single one of you has a mate destined for you
They will find you and show you
How you turn frowns and tears
To smiles and giggles
You make their world feel perfect
Just by being you
Yes you,imperfect and flawed
You,me and everyone are never ugly while we let our hearts speak
Always you even tho you can't see it
