Kryptonite

Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses and goes through life with their struggles and pains Ups and downs they go some more than others many stay on repeat again and remain like something is too good to be true but you want to try the impossible anyways The warnings signs and red flags are apparent but you are blinded by what seems out of reach and far away

Tempted to defy the odds and make the impossible a reality to change the path of god hands...

To reach for the skies but an unknown force keeps causing me to crash down into the lands

My mind is going crazy something or someone has put me in this weak state

I need to find the resolve and awaken the light inside me...

Because it's easy to be blinded by hate

I want to believe that there is actually someone out there for everyone including me Forget the titles and labels attached that come with every person being compared for the world to see

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and for those that don't understand addiction well...

You have to live in their shoes to understand the struggle they face trying to be free from this hell

This person that I'm desperately trying to get over but can't because she keeps popping up everywhere

Songs playing about broken dreams and the whats and could've been to try to put me in despair

Seeing her dating profile popup for the thousand times while I'm swapping left and right

Fills the storm forming in my head that's amplifying the blight
My pains are real and forgetting someone or finding the reasons for why the stars never aligned...

Is a big waste of time I know but many good friends reminded me to take a step back from the sidelines...

Tell me maybe it was never about me the reason it never worked out and that I have many amazing qualities

It's just that person was never destined to be that person chosen for me.
