You Are My Fire

You Are My Fire

You breathe me alive with inspiration
And I fly with creativity on your breeze!
Everyday I deeply observe
All that lies before me
My dilapidated heart
Tired of diurnal and tedious agony
Rises awake to dance,
Sing a new song
And stretch my wings to soar!

You are the one the world hardly knows
Yet faces the foreign as familiar
And as I listen beyond
The notorious noise
Meaning and music
Enlivens my mind
The elusive enigma and energy
I absorb in tranquil abide
And become one with everything.

You are the heartglow inside of me
As I radiate the warmth of the sun
Every star in the cosmos
Pales in significance to you
Your kindness uplifts
My world amidst the universe
Your love is my fire
I burn eternally with grace
And stand tall in your acceptance.
