How

How do you convince someone to be with you. To love you. To care for you. How do you convince someone to be with you, to show love and affection. How do I convince The one I cherish my love is pure. My love is genuine. My love is for them to spoil. How do I convince the one I adore  to be with me. How is a question every broken heart asks. How is a question yet to be answered. So I sit in my lonely space of darkness and live in my fairytale. A tale of two loves reunited and happy. A fairytale that surpasses all fairytales. Ask me how in the future. For that is a question I intend on answering. For my love will someday come back to me.

About this poem

I wrote this poem after getting a divorce. We still love each other and want to be with each other. Before that can happen. I have to change and love my self. Some people use the gym to get over a breakup. I turned to poetry.
