black is me

There is a place deep within my mind, there is a race only the lost can find, a place where sunset knows gloom, a place where flowers cease to bloom, a place in the moment of no breath, a path you cross when you know death, the road that leads to nothingness, a place dark and with nothing else, the abyss where fear caresses, and lust embraces, the labyrinth of passion filled with awful sensations, I have been to that place, that place that holds me close to the world but forbids me being free, that place where fear imagined and on it's body pee, that distant land-in a distant soul-a greater hole-for an evil goal. That slide knows how to torment me, but I visit it everyday, waiting for the warmth of it's cold embrace and the stench of the lavender vase, this place I only saw when my lips were void of laughter and I, sleep a little sooner, this place was the dream beyond my dreams, it was the reason I chose to stay this way, still, rough, tough, black.. the reason I chose to embrace darkness, now comes my love for my blindness, come with me. Black is my new brightness.
