Lottery Fund (2)

Lottery Fund (2)
Author: Mark V. Markov

When every person
Ages sixteen and up
That pays the reasonable tax
Contributes to the
Lottery fund

And if they don't have a job
Then the monthly amount
That is sent out
From the lottery fund
will be taxed
Each month

So that the tax money
From that monthly payout amount
will go
Into the lottery fund.

This income tax
Will never go up,
For the people,
Who pay their income taxes.
Because the lottery winnings tax
Will increase the lottery fund

And every time
When no one wins on the one try,
With their five pick numbers.
All the jackpot money
Will go into the the lottery fund,
The fund that helps everyone.
With the lotto restarted again.

With the fixed money amount
From the lottery fund
To be sent out
In a monthly payment
To everyone
Every month

It's a win win situation!
As it becomes
Every bodies jackpot!

So the monthly payout payments
From the lottery fund
From the fund that helps everyone
will increase

But the reasonable earning income tax from everyone
The tax money that will go into the lottery fund
It will never increase.
Everyone will be  contributing through the tax
Into the lottery fund.

Getting,
A bigger monthly payment back
Every month

For example

Imagine paying two hundred dollars
Or less
In earning income taxes

And getting one thousand dollars back
Each month

That means everyone who paid
Two hundred dollars each month
Will get their two hundred dollars back
And will have
An extra
Eight hundred dollars over,
To spend.

As financial help
From the government
From the lottery fund
To spend towards
The basic necessities
Every month

This also will improve the economy
of every country.
In every country,
That makes this program happen
The people will have extra money
To spend,
Improving the economy

With everyone who has a job
Taxed at five percent
With the cap
At two thousand dollars
So only up to two thousand dollars
Will be taxed

No matter how much over
The person makes every paycheck
Only two thousand of the income,
Will be taxed.

So in this scenario
It is one hundred dollars
Per paycheck that will be withdrawn
And added into the fund

If you only make one thousand
Then only fifty dollars per paycheck
Will be withdrawn
And added into the fund

It is five percent from any job income
That is two thousand and under.
Every person that pays in
will get a monthly check back
Each month
With money over the amount they paid in.
Every month.

Others that did not had a job
Or are not paying
The lottery fund income taxe at the moment
They will also receive
A monthly payment

Their monthly payment will be charged a twenty percent tax
And that money will be added back
Into the fund
That way,
It is fair for everyone
Since everyone is contributing into the fund

And if when
They get a job again
The tax percentage becomes five from their income
And they will not pay
The twenty percent from the monthly payment

As they start paying the lottery fund income tax
The monthly payment will not be taxed at all
If they stop paying the lottery fund income tax
They will start paying twenty percent
From the monthly payment

Also the winner of the Jackpot
Could be one of those people
With half of his or her winnings
Going into the fund.
A person
Who never had a job
And never paid a tax for at least a year.

Therefore it is very fair for everyone,
Since in this scenario
A taxpayer and a non taxpayer,
All are contributing into the fund.

So once again
when every tax payer contributes
Two hundred dollars into it
They will have eight hundred dollars
That will be over what they paid in
From the government
From the lottery fund
While others will get the twenty percent less payment
But still it will be a good monthly payment
Towards the necessities

And the monthly out payment
Will always increase
To help with basic necessities
And to help improve the economy

Imagine a year after
Paying the same two hundred dollars in
And getting
More or less
Three thousand dollars back!!

That means,
You will get your two hundred dollars back
And have two thousand and eight hundred dollars over,
To spend.

The lottery fund will increase
But the earning income tax will never increase
So the lottery fund monthly amount out payment,
That will be sent out to everyone,
Will be increasing!!
With everyone being helped,
With the basic necessities...

Luke 19:8-10 (ESV)

8 And Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord, "Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor.
And if I have defrauded anyone of anything, I restore it fourfold."

9 And Jesus said to him, "Today salvation has come to this house, since he also is a son of Abraham.

10 For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost."

Luke 19:1-10 (ESV)

1 He entered Jericho and was passing through.

2 And behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus. He was a chief tax collector and was rich.

3 And he was seeking to see who Jesus was, but on account of the crowd he could not,
because he was small in stature.

4 So he ran on ahead and climbed up into a sycamore tree to see him, for he was about to pass that way.

5 And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up and said to him,
"Zacchaeus, hurry and come down, for I must stay at your house today."

6 So he hurried and came down and received him joyfully.

7 And when they saw it, they all grumbled, "He has gone in to be the guest of a man who is a sinner."

James 1:16-18 (ESV)

16 Do not be deceived, my beloved brothers.

17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights,
with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.

18 Of his own will he brought us forth by the word of truth,
that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

Matthew 5:48 (ESV)

You therefore must be perfect, as your Heavenly Father is perfect.

Matthew 6:14 (ESV)

For if you forgive others their trespasses, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you,

Matthew 6:26 (ESV)

Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns,
and yet your Heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?

Matthew 6:32 (ESV)

For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your Heavenly Father knows that you need them all.

Matthew 15:13 (ESV)

He answered, "Every plant that my Heavenly Father has not planted will be rooted up.

Matthew 18:35 (ESV)

So also my Heavenly Father will do to every one of you, if you do not forgive your brother from your heart."

Luke 11:13 (ESV)

If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children,
how much more will the Heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!"

Matthew 6:9-15 (ESV)

9 Pray then like this:

"Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.

10
Your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
11
Give us this day our daily bread,
12
and forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13
And lead us not into temptation,
    but deliver us from evil.

14 For if you forgive others their trespasses, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you,

15 but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Matthew 6:9-15 (ESV)

9 Pray then like this:

"Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.

10
Your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
11
Give us this day our daily bread,
12
and forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13
And lead us not into temptation,
    but deliver us from evil.

14 For if you forgive others their trespasses, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you,

15 but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Luke 11:1-13 (ESV)

The Lord's Prayer

1 Now Jesus was praying in a certain place, and when he finished,
one of his disciples said to him, "Lord, teach us to pray, as John taught his disciples."

2 And he said to them, "When you pray, say:

"Father, hallowed be your name.
Your kingdom come.
3
Give us each day our daily bread,
4
and forgive us our sins,
for we ourselves forgive everyone who is indebted to us.
And lead us not into temptation."

5 And he said to them, "Which of you who has a friend will go to him at midnight and say to him,
‘Friend, lend me three loaves,

6 for a friend of mine has arrived on a journey, and I have nothing to set before him’;

7 and he will answer from within, ‘Do not bother me; the door is now shut,
and my children are with me in bed. I cannot get up and give you anything’?

8 I tell you, though he will not get up and give him anything because he is his friend,
yet because of his impudence[c] he will rise and give him whatever he needs.

9 And I tell you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock,
and it will be opened to you.

10 For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds,
and to the one who knocks it will be opened.

11 What father among you,
if his son asks for a fish, will instead of a fish give him a serpent;

12 or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion?

13 If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children,
how much more will the Heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!"
