Owner Of My Beliefs

People who achieve a perception of status.
Never to have had it.
Before obtaining humility and respect.
Done to identify,
That returned from others to get.
Are often left quite surprised,
Their perception of status had to behold...
Remains only in the eyes of those,
Who lie to themselves.
With a doing to accept,
Others too have been sold...
On their pretensions showed.

Makes no difference,
What I keep in my mind kept to prioritize.'

And may I ask what it is,
Kept on your mind so important?'

No problem at all.
My wishes to want them kept to endeavor.
And determined to accomplish,
On my top 10 list.
To have you not on it,
Neither close nor near it to appear.'

You have no idea, hint nor clue,
As to who I am and can do for you.'

To that I agree.

Until you prove it,
Only then will I begin to see...
Who you are to be to me.
Without a word heard to hear from you,
To remind me of it.'

The owner of my beliefs.
And free of self serving pretentions.
Not to THINK but know,
My experiences have not been fictioned.
Deluded or deceived.
With a doing to keep my living of life,
As real and honest to myself I can be.'

This honest to be real to yourself...
Will get you? Hmmm?'

It took me years to find my peace of mind.

Like I said,
Nowhere near my top ten list...
Is a want to wish more deceivers on it!
And that learning process,
Took a long time coming.
Than the time I am going to waste with you.'

From the risk and chance...
Of you knowing what it is you can do for me.
