Doing To Do Done

A growing to learn child,
Can be excuse from choosing...
The doing to do done,
Something with time given to know...
If repeated,
May cause them a reason to receive...
Either an unpleasant injury.
Or a snack that pleases a positive act,
Accomplished to achieve.

And then there are some children that grow,
Up and older with minds that stay...
As if immune from becoming adults to show.
The appearance is there.
Yet...
Nowhere near,
Is a maturity anywhere to declare it theirs.
To hear and often from them heard,
Are the words of being Down To Earth.
Unchanging to remain the same.

This mental limitation,
Becomes imitated by their children.
Who remain encouraged to stay,
Thoughtless, undisciplined and disrespectful.
Leaving parents to believe,
Their children mean nothing more...
Than pieces of property.
And left to interfere in their relationships.
With no minds to use them.
Allowed done on their own.
And this condoning of ignorance,
Many would consider is parenting.
Not damaging the mental wellbeing,
Of children restricted from experiencing...
What it takes to become adults.
Done to observe and witness,
The results...
Of this kind of restrictive mental abuse.
