Echo

My tears are like ash
Burnt out, gone and long forgotten
My screams and shouts fall on death ears
An echo lost in the emptiness
My silence, thats what cuts deep
When words and actions prove futile
I know i have lost
I have nothing left
No words to form
No energy to fight
My mind racing
Yet im greeted by emptiness
Fire consumed a long time ago
No edges, no words
Hear the echo
Of my silent plea

A poem designed for the lonely, where quietness reigns supreme.
Most of us will walk this sod with the sound of silence
Our end times for us to discover oneself !
Be a poet and reflect, others want to listen !
