A Certain Tax Amount
A Certain Tax Percent
Author: Mark V. Markov
If everyone would pay
A certain tax percent
Like we always do.
In so many countries,
Everyone pays taxes.
If everyone would pay
A certain tax percent
If everyone would pay
A certain tax percent
Just like the lottery
It would accumulate
Into such a huge amount
And it can be used
To pay everyone
That doesn't have a job
In any age
Starting from sixteen and up
For what ever reason
It will be
If that person doesn't have a job
But when they find
A full time job
They will stop receiving
That amount
That certain amount
Would be paid out
From the fund
To help pay the necessity expenses
Including other taxes
So people can pay
Their basic necessity expenses
And would be able to get by
Until the full time job
They will find.
A job that will pay them more.
Not everyone wants to live
On a limited amount
So if they can find a full time job
And make more money
They will still be motivated
To get that job
As they are in the process
Of finding a full time job
It doesn't matter how long
Of a time it will take
They can still have that
Certain amount
To help pay
Their basic necessity expenses,
Including other taxes.
Another option for an even better,
To motivate everyone.
It could be possible for all
Even for the people
With a full time job
To receive a certain payment amount
From that fund,
To help with basic necessity expenses.
It would be treated
Like a lottery fund
For everyone.
With a certain payment
For basic necessity expenses
For every person
To be paid out
All those
Who pay that certain tax amount
Will be able to receive
From that fund
In any age
Starting from sixteen and up
In any situation
That it will be
If the person has a full time job
Or not
He or she can always receive
A certain payment amount
From that fund.
To help with basic necessity expenses.
It is the right thing
Before God
To help everyone
With the basic necessity expenses.
To care about everyone.
So some will not be ending up
Losing everything
As a result of life's circumstances
Ending up starving,
Homeless without anything.
In sheer need
Not being able to afford
Basic necessities
Or for another example.
Losing their own house
Just because they could not afford
To pay the property taxes..
With the possibility to cap
The taxed income
From every one who has a job
To make only a certain amount of income to be taxed.
Witholding a reasnable tax percentage.
So this would be
Very beneficial for everyone
To pay that certain tax amount
And receive
The certain monthly amount
From the fund
To help with basic necessity expenses
So if you have a job or not
From the age sixteen and up
You would always receive
A certain monthly payment amount
Towards your basic necessity expenses,
This also includes,
Towards paying your other taxes.
And when it comes to the state lottery
All lottery proceeds
That were not won
From the lottery tickets
All over the country
Instead of going to some random fund
For only just a few
Instead,
All that money can go into this fund
To start out,
To start out with a huge amount,
Right away.
So this fund will always help,
Everyone this way.
As the lottery goes on and on.
A combination of all three
Of everyone paying
The certain tax amount.
With the taxes collected
From all the winnings of the lottery
And also if not won after the two tries
All of the jackpot money from the lottery
Going into that fund
This Will increase
The monthly payout amount
For everyone
And those who don't have the income to pay,
That certain tax amount.
That others pay from their job.
There will be,
A five times the certain tax percent fee.
That would be subtracted
From the monthly payment amount,
When it would be sent out.
While others who pay the tax from their job
Will get the whole monthly payment amount
Without the tax fee subtracted.
With that money
As a result of the tax fee
Going back
Into the fund.
It would be fair,
For everyone.
As every person pays,
The certain tax amount.
With all the lottery winning taxes,
Added to the fund.
And if not won after the two tries
All of the lottery jackpot money
Combined together
Going into the same fund.
This option,
The combination of all three sources
Combined together
Will make
The certain monthly payment amount
That will be,
Sent out.
To everyone ages sixteen and up
The amount will be,
Big enough
To help everyone
With basic necessities...
