Romeo

Light of my darkness
The sight of you sends
Butterflies in my stomach
Your clear and dark skin
Sparkles and twinkles
Like crystal balls
Your voice is as melodious
As the sweetest bird’s
The sound of your voice
I cannot resist and the only
Music I’ll keep on rewinding
Your pink and adorable lips
I would go a million miles away
To have as mine only
Your whole being
 is a paradise
In one and
 a million kingdoms
But oh!
My dreams and
Wishes are shattered
As you turn out
 to be someone’s
You sit before me
 yet I can’t touch
Your hair I long to touch
But I dare not
For fear of ruining your bond
What made me so late?
What was I doing down there
That made
Someone take my place
How heartbreaking it is
To see my light fade away
Into someone else’s darkness
How boring life will be
Without the one person
To add flavors to it
Life indeed has not
Been fair with thee.
