Unidentified pain

"To wake up everyday,with a grown on my face, praying today will bring  a little more grace,
 Only to find, what I feel inside ,is hard to hide and so very hard to define.
  So I lay back down to try n drown it all out, only to find my past played in rewind.
All I want to do is sleep, but all I get is yesterday stuck in repeat.. please lord on my knees I pray . You will help me take it all away, so I can't just be happy today... Alone! I can't change the past or make it all go away ,
So I'll throw my hands up and give yesterday away in hope that tomorrow I'll b left with no sorrow"
