Living For The Lord

Living For The Lord
Author: Mark V. Markov

Imagine there's a heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell for our souls.
Being on the recreated earth
Under God's sky.

Imagine all the people
Living for the Lord
Imagine all the people
Living the true way.

Imagine there's no borders,
In the countries.
It isn't hard to do.
Nothing to kill or die for,
And no false religion too.

Imagine all the people
Living for the Lord
Imagine all the people
Living for the Lord

You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday
You'll join us,
On the new heaven
And earth
We will all be as one.

Imagine no possessions
No more greed, nor hunger
Imagine being in God's
Heavenly kingdom of Christ and Men

Imagine all the people
Sharing the new heaven
And the new earth

You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday
You'll join us
And in Christ
We will be as one

Together we will be,
For all eternity.
Together we will be,
In all unity,
Under our Lord Jesus Christ,
We will be as one...

Isaiah 65:17 (ESV)

"For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth,
and the former things shall not be remembered or come into mind.

Isaiah 66:22 (ESV)
"For as the new heavens and the new earth that I make shall remain before me,
says the Lord, so shall your offspring and your name remain.

Revelation 21:1 (ESV)

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth,
for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away,
and the sea was no more.

What a very imaginative poem about Heaven as our destination !
If only, so what is the requirement to get into Heaven ?
To have a passport stamped for Heaven !

Only believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins on your behalf
And live a life pleasing to Him - Am I my brother keepers ?
