3:41 am
when you left
and I found my heart still beating, still keeping me alive,
I thought to myself “maybe this is what it feels like to live with dignity, and pride”
why had I always believed that I couldn't survive on my own?
then one day you came back
with your beautiful face
eyes full of sunshine and mischief
and my walls came down
I relapsed, like you were a drug
I thought,
“how could I have ever believed
I’d live without you?”
