Lost

When the world seems lost I seem to be turning circles I don't know which way to go.  I get told to take the meds to keep me calm but the meds just don't work and the voices are screaming let me out and let's play it is a losing battle and why I feel as lost as the world does. Where do I go for help when no one understands me or what it means to be me can't run to many people care and depend on me can't be locked up the I'm lost to a system of pills and therapy and I'm not a guinea pig help me o help me I scream during the night but all is lost as my voice fades into the darkness.
