The fragile time lord

Heather Lydia Thornhill 1981 (Manchester)

The poem was fragile, see
It was as s'if it could be carried but a mile
It began its journey
Yes over every land and over every sea
Inside the brain it broke free
Like the dreaming of dream in its full imagery
By the time it was to be
Each letter was too much it even astounded me
A full touch from dignity
Like a trembling hand rippling in touch of three
Her eyes upon he
And he felt her warmth almost clear and motherly
He dared to move free
And he spoke like time had exhulted even he
His heart was blown away
By his bravery to heed loves look her way
And he sighed relievedly
As their smiles met in tune to glorify this stay
Then she gazed away
And twas like a poem sensed its own fragility
So it was the guilt to bay
For she had a love to contain only angels could replay
Then she held herself giddy
At the realisation of her new found bravery
Then she learnt to love again
The crying eyes of her true love flaming oh so brightly.
And then she learnt humility
Like his child who had been so hard to teach a refreshing hold to stay.
Their love glowed brightly
For she needed him to stem them both completedly.
So familiarity
For for a long time she had been thinking outwardly.
And they all thought happily
Like a true love film had been created on the way.
